Anna is a senior professional with 20 years of progressive experience in management consulting and corporate leadership. She is currently leading the business model innovation advisory programme for BDC clients who want to transform their business to better adapt to changing ecosystems. Her career evolved at Arthur Andersen and then Deloitte where she advised Canadian and international clients in corporate strategy, organizational transformation and sustainable development. More recently, she acted as Vice President of Innovation and Development at Recyc Quebec, a provincial government organisation overseeing the implementation of recycling and circular economy programs in municipalities, institutions and private sectors. This experience allowed her to develop passion for sustainable value creation through application of creative and design thinking concepts and rigorous innovation management. She holds Master of International Business from Poznan (Poland) University of Economics and Business and is certified Project Management Professional (PMP). She is also an active board member of not-for-profit organisations and founding member of Afro-Brazilian martial art (capoeira) academy in Montreal. Anna is fluent in English, French and native Polish.
