Spark brings together change leaders from all industries and walks of life, with one mission only: to work together to create lasting and total change.
With events in London, Toronto, Melbourne, Amsterdam, Paris and Montreal, we aim to inspire you, and help you develop the skills you need to make a lasting positive mark on your colleagues, teams, organizations, and communities.
We bring series of inspirational talks from people who already went through a positive change before, and are keen to share their insights. We invite you to immerse in practical workshops created just for you by today’s transformers and disruptors. You’ll leave our space having practiced new methods and tools within and outside your domain of expertise.
Get to know people like you, and people you look up to. Exchanging tips and sharing knowledge, we are all committed to improving our organisations, and sparking change.
How can you implement radical ideas to speed up feedback cycles, use theatre to transform organizations, manage portfolio risk better through Agile, and prioritise more effectively? During workshops, you’ll focus on skill development and learn practical tools to give you the boost you need.

Spark the Change welcomes change leaders from many walks of life, from various businesses, the public sector and not-for-profits, consultants and academics alike. The one thing that binds us all is our thirst for discovery and mastery. You practice Agile, Lean, or OD. Andreea D. Vanacker
Andreea is a creative strategist, author, speaker, entrepreneur with 20 years international experience.
Andreea’s passion for business strategy, innovation and international growth has led her to several executive roles from start-up companies to international organizations in the last twenty years, among which Bombardier and IATA. She has managed global businesses and teams while working with clients in the manufacturing, aviation, aerospace, luxury, technology and retail industries in all corners of the world. She speaks four languages and holds a Ph.D. in Economics, along with a Business Degree in Finance and International Business from HEC. After writing the book, Successonality, The Ten Secrets To A Success-Focused Personality, Andreea has worked with Fortune 500 clients to drive strategic business growth and peak performance. Andreea is also the founder of SPARKX5, a strategy and technology company, who has developed an employee well-being application, in order to enable employees to thrive in all areas of their lives. Her latest book, Perspectives, explores the pillars of human fulfillment. Andreea is also on the Board of Directors of the Charlie’s Foundation, and the Angel Circle at the Museum of Fine Arts of Montreal.

A culture - shaper who cultivates business agility eco-systems that enables organizations to intuitively sense, inspect, adapt, and proactively respond to emerging customer (behavior patterns), regulatory pivots, and industry market shifts positioning the company for the ability to call “check-mate” ahead of competition.
Mathieu Lippé exerce le métier d’artiste depuis plus de vingt ans. Chanteur, conteur, poète, il a fait des spectacles dans de nombreux pays et produit trois albums de chansons (Les Amants de l’Aube 2017). Bachelier en littérature et musique à l’Université de Sherbrooke, Mathieu Lippé a toujours su mener, en parallèle de sa carrière artistique, une étude et une pratique spirituelle axée sur l’humanisme. Pratiquant le yoga et la méditation depuis près de vingt ans, il a entres autres complété la formation professorale (380hres) Hatha yoga et Vinyasa à l’école de Yoga Sangha. Mathieu combine les éléments de sa passions pour l’art et le développement de l’être en offrant des conférences, cours, ateliers et retraites à travers différentes collaborations et par le projet ÊTRE ICI : Inspiration-Création-Initiative.
Dans cette conférence artistique et philosophique où se rencontre la réflexion, la poésie, le conte et le plaisir de jouer avec les mots, Mathieu Lippé pose la question qu'est-ce que la conscience et comment nous porte-t-elle vers l'évolution et le changement?
We can practice our way into a different world. Co-founder of Percolab, an international network of co-design organizations, all co-managed, and one of the first co-workings in Canada, Samantha pioneers novel organizational models and practices for a world that makes more sense. Percolab blends the autonomy of freelancing with the benefits of organizations and employee status.
Samantha draws from over 20 years of applied ethnographic research growing her own non-hierarchical organization and supporting other organizations in a dozen countries. She has worked with innovative North American start ups to the European Commission. She is equally at ease with ambulance dispatchers and coders as human resource professionals and high level decision makers. She speaks from first hand experience that is relatable and practical.
With a background in Cultural Anthropology, Samantha has been tuned into the subtleties of the way organizations function for a long time. She knows that going horizontal is as much about mindset and culture as it is a structural change. She is keenly aware that humans function quite naturally in non-hierarchical ways. Today, as an international social designer, Samantha supports teams, organizations and ecosystems to grow their horizontal ways. It doesn’t matter if it is called participatory leadership, co-creation or innovation mindset, it requires going horizontal.
