Lesa Hills is a Senior Manager, Operational Excellence, within the Network business unit at Bell.  The Bell Network team designs, builds and operates the company’s leading broadband fibre, wireless, satellite and media networks. Her team is responsible for learning and development, employee engagement and recognition of the Network team.

With her leadership, the transformational learning strategy has been developed and implemented to more than 7,000 team members within Network and key business unit partners.  The holistic program encompasses the transformational values, incorporating blended learning methods and platforms and has been sited as the largest learning strategy roll-out within Bell.

Lesa is very passionate about organizational change and development, team synergy, as well as coaching people in their personal growth.  A strong believer that continuous learning is the key to success in any personal or enterprise, she herself is a life long learner and encourages this conviction.
